Dengan melakukan registrasi untuk Run for Independence Day 2026, maka Anda telah setuju dan menerima Syarat dan Ketentuan yang berlaku pada kegiatan ini.

By registering for Run for Independence Day 2026, you agree and accept all Terms and Conditions applied in this event.
PENDAFTARAN / REGISTRATION
  1. Peserta wajib melakukan pendaftaran melalui www.runforindependence.id
  2. Pendaftaran akan dikonfirmasi apabila tahap pembayaran telah terpenuhi.
  3. Setelah terpenuhi, registrasi tidak dapat dibatalkan atau dipindah-tangankan ke pihak lain.

  2. Registrations are only confirmed once the required payment has been completed.
  3. Once completed, registration cannot be cancelled or transferred to any other person.

JARAK & KATEGORI / RACE DISTANCE & CATEGORY
  1. Kelompok Run for Independence Day 2026 dibagi ke dalam 2 kategori:
    • Kategori FUN RUN 8.1K : peserta yang berusia 15 tahun ke atas pada saat hari pelaksanaan acara.
    • Kategori FUN WALK 5K : peserta yang berusia 15 tahun ke atas pada saat hari pelaksanaan acara.
  1. Run for Independence Day have two categories:
    • FUN RUN 8.1K: The age of participants start from 15 YO and UP (on the event)
    • FUN WALK 5K: The age of participants start from 15 YO and Up (on the event)
BIAYA PENDAFTARAN / REGISTRATION FEE

Biaya pendaftaran normal (di luar harga promosi) Run for Independence Day 2026 terbagi dalam 2 kategori :

  • FUN RUN adalah sebesar Rp.350.000,-,
  • FUN WALK adalah sebesar Rp.300.000,-

dengan fasilitas sebagai berikut:

  • RFID 2026 Jersey
  • Nomor Dada; dan
  • Medali Finisher (diberikan kepada Peserta yang berhasil menyelesaikan rute sesuai batas waktu yang ditentukan).

The standard registration fee (excluding promotional prices) for the Run for Independence Day 2026 is divided into two categories:

  • FUN RUN: Rp 350,000,-
  • FUN WALK: Rp 300,000,-

The standard registration fee (excluding promotional prices) for the Run for Independence Day 2026 is divided into two categories: with the following amenities:

  • RFID 2026 Jersey
  • Bib Number; and
  • Finisher’s Medal (awarded to participants who successfully complete the course within the specified time limit).

KETENTUAN UMUM / GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
  1. Run for Independence Day 2026 terbuka untuk Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI) dengan batas minimum usia 15 tahun pada hari pelaksanaan acara.
  2. Peserta wajib mengisi data pendaftaran dengan baik dan benar. Setelah mengisi isian data pendaftaran, peserta tidak dapat mengubah data isian pendaftaran.
  3. Peserta wajib mengenakan nomor BIB di bagian depan tubuh selama perlombaan berlangsung.
  4. Peserta melakukan pembayaran sesuai biaya pendaftaran yang telah ditentukan.
  5. Peserta tidak dapat mengajukan pembatalan maupun pengembalian biaya pendaftaran (refund).
  6. Binatang peliharaan dan segala bentuk objek beroda (termasuk, namun tidak terbatas pada, kursi roda, sepeda, skateboard, sepatu roda, dan lainnya) dilarang berada dalam rute lari.
  7. Pihak Penyelenggara tidak bertanggungjawab atas kerusakan dan/atau kehilangan barang pribadi Peserta dalam bentuk apapun selama kegiatan berlangsung.
  8. Pihak penyelenggara berhak menggunakan seluruh materi foto atau video dalam kegiatan ini tanpa ikatan/batas waktu.
  9. Dengan melakukan pendaftaran, Peserta menyatakan setuju dan tunduk pada peraturan Run for Independence Day 2026 yang ditetapkan oleh pihak Penyelenggara.
  10. Pihak Penyelenggara berhak menangguhkan atau membatalkan kegiatan apabila terjadi force majeure (termasuk, namun tidak terbatas pada bencana alam, perang, kerusuhan atau huru hara, penyakit endemik, atau pandemik).
  11. Pihak Penyelenggara berhak menutup pendaftaran sebelum batas waktu yang telah ditentukan dengan dan/atau tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu apabila kuota peserta terpenuhi.
  12. Pihak Penyelenggara berhak mengubah dan/atau menambahkan Syarat dan Ketentuan yang berlaku dengan atau tanpa disertai pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu.
  1. Run for Independence Day 2026 is open for Indonesian citizens aged 15 years old and above on the day of the event.
  2. Participants must ensure to complete the registration form properly. Any data submitted are non-editable.
  3. Participants are required to wear BIB number visibly on the front of their torso during the race.
  4. Participants must complete the payment of registration fee required.
  5. Registration fee is non-refundable.
  6. Any pets and any personal-use recreational wheeled-devices (including, but not limited to, wheelchair, bike, skateboard, roller skates) are prohibited on the race area.
  7. Organizer shall not be held responsible for any damage and/or loss to Participant’s personal belongings while participating in this event.
  8. Organizer is permitted to use any photographs or recorded videos of Participants by any means without any time restrictions.
  9. By registering to this event, Participants confirm that they agree to be bound by Terms and Conditions of Run for Independence Day 2026 set by the event’s Organizer.
  10. Organizers reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event by reason of a force majeure (including, but not limited to natural disaster, war, riots, endemic, or pandemic diseases.
  11. In case of number of participants reaching its maximum limits of quotas, Organizer is allowed to close registration before the end of its period with or without any prior notifications.
  12. Organizer reserves the right to make modifications and/or additions to the applied Terms and Conditions with or without any prior notifications.
